A map of England and Wales, with part of Scotland and Ireland, showing the northern coasts of France and the coast of the Netherlands with the projected possible invasion routes as perceived in 1803. Napoleonic Wars (1803-15).

Luffman altered the copperplate for this map between the publication of the first state (RCIN 735103) on 17 November 1803, and the publication of this second state on 1 January 1804, by adding the boundaries of the counties, several place names and county names, and the numbers of the military districts. The original Observations 'To my Countrymen' which were engraved bottom right, have been deleted and replaced by the References to the Military Districts.
