A map and high oblique view of Érsekújvár [formerly Neuhausel and now Nové Zámky], held by Habsburg forces, commanded by Count Ádám Forgách (1601-10 June 1681) and besieged in August and September 1663 by the Ottomans, commanded by Grand Vizier Fazil Ahmet Pasha (1635-3 November 1676) who captured the city on 13 September 1663. Oriented with north-north-east to top (compass rose). Habsburg-Ottoman Wars (Fourth Austro-Turkish War) (1663-4).
