Condition: each column of text has had a piece of blank paper added to the bottom to make them a uniform length; a piece of blank paper has also been inserted between the columns and pasted to the inner edge of each; the whole has then been mounted on paper; the bottom of the left column of text is torn and the missing text is supplied in manuscript; brown ink stain top right; pressure marks from the mounts of items which were kept above and below this text in a different collection are present on the recto and verso
