A view of the taking of the Spanish frigate Hermione from the Puerto Cabello, Venezuela, 25 October 1799. French Revolutionary Wars (1792-1802): Anglo-Spanish Wars (1796-1802).
Hermione was a British ship which had been captured by the Spaniards and was now re-taken by the British. The companion to this print is at RCIN 735082.
