A map of an encampment of Hanoverian troops at Deutsch Evern, 11-21 June 1782. Oriented with west to top.

A detailed medium-scale map of the heathland area to the south of Deutsch Evern, with the encampment commanded by Lieutenant-General von Ahlefeldt, comprising squadrons and battalions from the regiments of von Ramdohr, von Bock, von Goldacker, von Scharnhorst, de la Motte, von Ahlefeld, von Sprengel, and von Bremer. The encampment had its rear to the Ilmenau River, and the manoeuvres were carried on to the east.
