This shows in detail the point at which the Royal army wheeled into order of battle, just south of Castle Stuart, and towards Castle Dalcross in the south-east, into order of battle; baggage horses are shown as part of the formation in the rear. The regiments of both sides are named. The division of the dragoons into twelve squadrons is shown on the left flank. Names of the rebel officers are given. The settlements of Old Yanagh, Est Urgal, Great Yanagh, Little Cantra and Contra Brough are named to the south of the battlefield, and Balivrait is indicated to the south-west. The breach in the wall of Culloden Park is shown, as are those in the walls of the Culwhiniac enclosure.
