A map of the passage across the River Aller at Celle of the French army, under the command of Richelieu, 26 October 1757. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with north-east to top (cardinal points).

A key to the symbols used to distinguish between the infantry, cavalry, dragoons, and hussars, appears on the Carte des Cantonnemens, de L'Armée at RCIN 732002.ax.
