This map appears to show the bridges which cross from Celle to the adjacent land intact, whereas the French had destroyed them by the time that Ferdinand arrived (Savory 1966, p.55). Altenhagen (Celle-Altenhagen 52°38'00"N 10°07'00"E), near where the Allies were encamped, lies to the south-east of Celle. The regiments of the Allied army are named, those of the French are not. The march routes of both armies are indicated by dashed lines.
