The distance between the previous camp at Selsingen and Bremervörde is about 13 km (8 miles). The encamped squadrons and battalions of the following regiments were: Infantry and Grenadiers: Gardes; Spörcken; Brunck; Haus; Hardenberg; Fabrice; Zandré; Knesebeck; Dreves; Buckeburg; Fusiliers; Stoltzenberg; Post; Zastrow; Wangenheim; Ledebur; Kielmansegge; Oberg; Block. Cavalry: Breidenbach; Hammerstein; Gilten; Grothaus; Hodenberg; Reden; Sckölln; Dachenhausen; Reg: du Corps; Busch; Parc d'Artillerie; Garde du Corps; Grenadiers à Cheval. Grenadiers: Hessois, de Bronsvic, Hannovriens, 4 Esq. Dachenhausen. The Left Wing of the army (Hessian and Brunswick troops) had camped at Öhrstorff and followed on with their march on the 4th September to the camp at Schwinge.

The scale to the map, and the key to the conventional signs used to represent the troops is given on RCIN 732201.ai, headed 'Remarques'. The troop rectangles are coloured according to nationality: Hanoverian (red), Prussian (green), Brunswickian (yellow), Hessian (blue), French (lilac).
