A map of the Landgraviate of Hesse-Kassel with the surrounding countries, showing the encampments of the French army and Allied armies in 1759. Seven Years War (1756-63).

This map is based on the printed maps at RCINs 732085.a, b. Several of the symbols for encamped regiments are not coloured so that it is not possible to identify the nationalities of the encampments without reference to the printed map published by Brönner at RCIN 732085.
