A topographical map of Hesse-Kassel showing the camp sites of the French and Allied armies. Seven Years War (1756-1763). Oriented with north to top.

The map extends from Halenberg (Hallenberg 51°07'00"N 08°38'00"E) in the north-west to Spangenberg (51°07'00"N 09°40'00"E) in the north-east, and from Niederquembach (50°28'34"N 08°26'56"E) in the south-west to Roteman (Rothemann 50°27'56"N 09°42'23"E) in the south-east.

One of four sheets covering parts of present-day North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony and Hesse. The other three sheets are at RCINs 732087.a,c and d. Part of the north-west sheet is missing.

Condition: one fold line; creased. Verso: surface dirt.
