A map of the blockade by the Prussian army of the Saxon army encampment near Pirna from 10 September to the surrender of the Saxons on 15 October 1756. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with north-east to top (compass rose).

Condition: one fold line. Verso: surface dirt; bottom, right of centre, water-stained patch and shadow from the removal of Cumberland's cipher label.
