A map of the positions of the Allied and French armies ten days after the Battle of Corbach, fought on 10 July between the Allied army, commanded by Field Marshal Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel (1721-92), and the French, commanded by Victor-François, 2nd duc de Broglie (1718-1804), resulting in a French victory. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with south-west to top.

Condition: seven fold lines; formerly folded to 13.6 x 8.3 cm; worn along fold lines. Verso: heavy surface dirt on outside panels of folds.
