A map of the Battle of Gross-Jägersdorf, fought on 30 August 1757 between the Prussians, under the command of Field Marshal Hans von Lehwaldt (1685-1768), and the Russians, commanded by Field Marshal Stepan Fedorovich Apraksin (1702-58), resulting in a Russian victory. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with north to top (compass rose).

Condition: one fold line. Verso: surface dirt; bottom, right of centre, water-stained patch from the removal of Cumberland's cipher label.
