A map of Portugal with the marches and encampments of the combined army, commanded by the Count of Schaumbourg Lippe and the Earl of Loudoun, 1762. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with north to top (cardinal points).

This covers roughly the same area as RCIN 733062, but shows more settlements and has a slightly different road network.

Additional text: [bottom left and bottom, a key, a-z, to the British operations between 17 August and 2 December 1762.]

Andrew Frazer is recorded as 'Fraser' by Conolly (1898).

Condition: two fold lines; two tears to left edge; two tears to top edge. Verso: ink splashes; induced discolouration; surface dirt.
