A sketch of settlements and roads near Lippstadt, 1757. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with south-east to top.

The main settlements marked are: Delbrück, Verl, and Nienkircke (Neuenkirchen). The principal rivers are drawn but not named. This sketch has probably been copied from a small-scale printed map and used for planning the locations of stations of the troops.

Condition: three fold lines; formerly pasted down to a paper backing, now removed leaving three patches of the backing.
