A view of the Battle of Rossbach fought on 5 November 1757 between the Prussians, commanded by Frederick the Great (1712-86) and the French and Austrians commanded by Charles de Rohan, prince of Soubise (1715-87) and Prince Joseph of Saxe-Hildburghausen (1702-87) resulting in a Prussian victory. Seven Years War (1756-1763).
