A high oblique view of Battle of Freiburg (or the Three Day Battle) fought on 3, 5 and 9 August between the French, commanded by the Duc d'Enghien and Henry de la Tour d'Auvergne (11 September 1611-27 July 1675) and the armies of the Holy Roman Empire and Bavaria commanded by Franz von Mercy (c.1595-1645), with an indecisive result. Thirty Years War (1618-1648).
