A collection of 24 plans and sketches of the fortifications of Bergen op Zoom, showing various stages of the siege of 1747, by James Abercrombie, Charles Bisset, Dugal Campbell, and J.P. Isenbart. They were formerly contained in a rough greenish/buff folder measuring 50.4 x 31.7 cm (folded size); the old heading is inscribed on the front of the folder, together with the ink numbers: No. 644-665 [the stamped numbers on the items], and with a black pencil annotation in a modern hand: a-x (no "j"; no "v") CMB Nov '86 [i.e. 1986].
