None of the regiments is named and the encampments are shown by generalised rectangles representing several battalions or squadrons. These rectangles are coloured according to nationality: British (red); Hanoverians (light yellow); Dutch (orange); Austrians (green); Hessians (blue).
The camp extends from Braxgratten (Brasschat 51°17'28"N 04°29'30"E) in the north, through St Job in 't Goor (Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor 51°17'56"N 04°34'22"E) to Wommeleghem (Wommelgem 51°12'16"N 04°31'21"E) and Olegem (Oelegem 51°12'47"N 04°35'53"E) in the south, a distance of about 10 km (6.2 miles).
Condition: one fold line; trimmed after mounting on line, corners rounded. Verso: foxing; induced discolouration; top left, water-stained patch and shadow from the removal of Cumberland's cipher label.
