A map of the encampments of the French and Imperial armies to the west and south of Mantua in 1702. War of the Spanish Succession (1701-14). Oriented with north-north-east to top.
The map extends from Mantua in the north, with Rivalta (Rivalta dul Mincio 45°10'22"N 10°40'36"E) in the north-west and Pietolo (Pietole 45°06'50"N 10°49'05"E) to the south-east of Mantua, to Borgoforte (45°03'04"N 10°44'57"E) in the south. M[adonna] delle Gratie (Grazie 45°09'14"N 10°41'40"E) is west of Mantua.
