The date of 30 September for the surrender of the fortress is taken from Ostwald (2007), p.343.
The map shows only the southern side of the fortification and the positions of the siege batteries.
The publication date of 1721 or later is taken from the date of the formation of the firm under Johannes Covens and Cornelis Mortier on 20 November 1721 (van Egmond, p.57).
