A high oblique view, combined with a plan of Bergen op Zoom showing the siege of the Dutch-held city by the Spaniards commanded by Ambrogio Spinola 1st Marquis of the Balbases (1569-25 September 1630) and Luis de Velasco, 2nd Count of Salazar (1559-1625) between 18 July and 3 October 1622, resulting in a Dutch victory following the arrival of a relief army commanded by Maurice of Nassau (14 November 1567-23 April 1625) and Ernst von Mansfeld (c.1580-29 November 1626). Eighty Years War (Dutch War of Independence) (1568-1648). Oriented with north to top.

This appears to be an Italian version of the print, entitled 'Belegeringe van Bergē op zoom.', attributed by the Rijksmuseum to Nicolaes van Geelkercken (Rijksmuseum RP-P-OB-80.995A; FMH 1465; Hollstein Dutch 15).
