Additional text: [text begins:] Late last night, one of His Majesty's Messengers arrived with a dispatch from Colonel Sir James Murray, Adjutant-General to the forces under the command of His Royal Highness the Duke of York, to Mr. Secretary Dundas, of which the following is a copy. [The report is addressed from Menin and dated August 19, 1793.]
