A view of the action between the British ships St Fiorenzo and Amelia, commanded by Captains Sir H.B. Neale and Herbert, and three French frigates and a gun vessel off Belle-Île, 9 April 1799. French Revolutionary Wars (1792-1802).

The engraving of the upper-case letters and some other letters is in outline, and the text in the title is faintly engraved, suggesting that this may be a proof impression.
