A map of the Battle of Bergen fought on 13 April 1759 between the French, commanded by the duc de Broglie (Victor-François, 2nd duc de Broglie (1718-1804), Marshal of France) and the Allied army, commanded by Prince Ferdinand (Duke Ferdinand of Brunswick; Field Marshal, Prince of Brunswick-Lüneburg (1721-92), resulting in a French victory. Seven Years War (1756-63). Oriented with west-north-west to top (compass rose).
