This is a detailed topographical map naming the minor settlements and rivers and showing the positions of the French and Allied troops, the Battle of Corbach on 10 July and including an action on 20 July between two batteries on each side of the valley at Höringhausen (51°16'21"N 08°59'08"E). The detail is more sketchy to the south at Wildungen (Bad Wildungen 51°07'10"N 09°07'29"E) and the map may be unfinished. The area covered extends from Mengeringhausen (51°22'01"N 08°59'18"E) in the north to Braunau (51°04'47"N 09°07'45"E) in the south, and from Fritzlar (51°07'54"N 09°16'32"E) in the east to Eisenberg (Eisen-Berg 51°15'03"N 08°49'40"E) in the west. The hand resembles that of A.H. du Plat, but this is a tentative suggestion and the identification is not secure.
