The march southwards from the previous camp at Borgloon was about 13 km (8 miles). This encampment (Austrians, English, Hanoverians, Hessians, Dutch) extends from Waremme, west to Cortis (Kortijs 50°42'23"N 05°08'56"E), across cultivated land on a bluff above a stream valley, a distance of about 8.25 km (5 miles).
