A map of the lines of Terheijden, 1747. War of the Austrian Succession (1740-48). Oriented with north-east to top (cardinal points).

An outline drawing of the relationship between the lines, the road network and outlying settlements to the north and north-east of Breda. The explanation to the letters on the map is given in the accompanying memorandum at RCIN 730179.b.

Condition: six fold lines; formerly folded to 12.1 x 12.0 cm; small piece missing from centre of left edge. Verso: induced discolouration; ink smudges.
