A map of part of Bavaria, with the Battle of Blenheim fought on 13 August 1704 between the Allies (England, Holy Roman Empire, Dutch Republic and Denmark-Norway), commanded by General John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough (1650-1722) and Prince Eugene of Savoy (1663-1736), and France and the Electorate of Bavaria, commanded by Marshal Camill d'Hostun de la Baume, duc de Tallard (1652-1728), resulting in an Allied victory. War of the Spanish Succession (1701-14). Oriented with north to top.

This map shows the camps of the French and Allied armies on their way to Blenheim, passing from Friedberg and Augsburg in the south-east, north to the confrontation at the Schellenberg at Donawert, west to Höchstädt where the Battle of Blenheim took place. The larger-scale maps illustrate the storming of the Schellenberg by the Allies on 2 July, the Battle of Blenheim on 13 August, and the French and Allied camps at Augsburg and Friedberg.

The map covers an area from Heydenheim (Heidenheim an der Brenz, Baden-Württemberg 48°40'40"N 10°09'05"E) in the north-west to Pertlzheim (Bertoldsheim 48°44'40"N 11°00'58"E) in the north-east, and from Hiltesem (Hüttisheim 48°16'46"N 09°56'32"E) in the south-west to Fridburg (Friedberg) in the south-east.
