An account of the campaign conducted by Prince Eugène of Savoy (1663-1736) and John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough (1650-1722) along the River Scheldt in 1708. War of the Spanish Succession (1701-14).

This text was written while Brückman was in camp in Lessines in June 1745 (see RCIN 726015.b).
