A plan of the attack on Zoutleeuw by the Allied army on 1 September 1705. War of the Spanish Succession (1701-14). Oriented with west to top (compass rose).

The encampment of the Allied army is shown, and the regiments are named. The camp extends from Halle (Halle-Booienhoven 50°48'19"N 05°06'42"E) in the south, north-eastwards to Wilre (Wilderen 50°48'55"N 05°08'32"E), then north to Duras (50°50'04"N 05°08'44"E).
