The tentative attribution to Pleydell is made on stylistic grounds, however, the style also bears similarities to that of William Roy (1726-90). This camp comprises two battalions, one each of the 30th and 36th Regiments of Foot.
Condition: five fold lines; creased; surface dirt on both sides.
